Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide Fast shipping to over 100 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

When do you ship packages?

Once your order is placed, it'll ship within 3 business days, and sometimes late up to 7 business days due to out of stock (Mon-Fri, GTM+8), Please allow additional processing and shipping time for weekends and holidays. Each customer will be provided with a tracking number via email or message, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.

Where do you ship from?

We cooperate with Yunexpress company to deliver your package, and the Yunexpress cooperate your local company like US-USPS, GB-Royal Mail, AU-Fastway to deliver your package.
